The Virtual University of Piano (VUP) is a place to train gifted musicians from all over the world. Whether you wish to improve your technique, prepare for a concert, complete ABRSM grades, enter a music school/university or a piano competition, joining the VUP will help you achieve your goals.
All of our Students receive private one-to-one mentoring from our renowned faculty and acquire a personalised schedule with regular classes. Hybrid lessons are available - either online or in-person (at selected cities worldwide).
Everyone is welcome to apply, from beginners to most advanced musicians. There are no age limits.
Our Faculty consists of musicians, who exclusively come from the leading British and international music universities: Royal College of Music, Royal Academy of Music and F. Chopin University in Warsaw.
We also have a department specialising in giving tuition to beginner musicians. For students interested in the history of pianos or looking for the right piano model, we collaborate with Steinway & Sons in London, offering students a chance to book a Steinway & Sons Free Consultation.
We offer competitive tuition rates, compared to the mentioned universities. The tuition fees for international students studying in the UK in 2022/23 amount to £25,990 - £27,650 per year (Royal College of Music) and £23,700 - £29,000 (Royal Academy of Music).
Students enrolled at the VUP receive regular instrument and theory lessons. Lessons can be booked through Members Area, where students can choose date and time for their lesson. (Alternatively, students can also book individual lessons through the Faculty page.)
Individual schedule will be created by the teacher of your choosing. Lessons take place on Zoom or Forte platform, especially designed for musicians, providing high quality video and audio, making it possible for international students to receive tuition from international faculty from the comfort of their home.
